You’re invited to our first public, virtual offering of The MAGIC of Customer Relations!

In response to surging demand for versatile training options, Communico is pleased to offer MAGIC Online.

MAGIC Online is a live, VIRTUAL program, led by Communico’s Master Facilitator, Wally Hauck.

This is a great opportunity for new employees to experience MAGIC for the first time, or team members to take a refresher as we adapt to the ever-shifting service environment,

MAGIC Online also fulfills the pre-requisite for Certification, making this a great way take the first step toward becoming a MAGIC facilitator,

The class is open to the public and provides the MAGIC experience of results-driven customer relations training, while offering the flexibility of virtual delivery in four consecutive, half-day sessions.

Time: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ET
Cost: $749/person, includes digital materials
