Steve has over 15 years’ experience serving students, administrators, and faculty by empowering and strengthening their communication skills and their relationships within their schools and communities. His main passions include identifying and reinforcing the culture to achieve their vision, to build pride to achieve measurable success.
Steve has partnered with the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) as well as state and academic associations to provide continued training and education for coaches. Through his work as a Director with Varsity University, which offers comprehensive programming for schools and athletic programs worldwide, Steve manages educational in-person conferences. His leadership skills enable industry leaders to present relevant and impactful topics for today’s successful coaches.
Steve consults with businesses on developing outstanding virtual and online training. His competence ensures leaders are best able to deliver meaningful, high quality, and professional communications and processes that boost employees’ engagement and performance.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science, Criminal Justice, from Westfield State University. He also holds several certifications for digital composition and editing.
