Steve's work includes developing business plans for entrepreneurial start-ups, creating dynamic learning environments in school systems, helping corporations become learning organizations, and facilitating service associates to listen better to customers and managers to listen better to service associates.

I have spent the last 29 years of my career asking the question: What can we do in this organization that will make a difference, and will last? And I plan to keep on asking.

Steve holds a B.A. In Education from Principia College, and an M.A Education from Columbia University.
