Steve has been helping people have better and more productive relationships with their customers, employees and each other for almost 25 years. He loves studying the way people communicate with each other and how their actions affect their businesses, their relationships, and their environments.

I believe that sharing knowledge in a meaningful way touches the hearts and souls of those in the conversation. When people are inspired to learn, each nugget of knowledge leaves an impression that makes them better people in some way.

Steve earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation and has a BA in History from Brooklyn College.
