I believe one of the most valuable skills I have been able to master in my career is teaching others how to build meaningful relationships and recognizing the importance listening has on being able to communicate effectively with customers in a way that lets them know they’ve been both heard and understood. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Communications from University of Central Missouri, and has received certifications from Franklin Covey, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Presentation Advantage; Achieve Global, Leadership 2000, and Bob Pike, Creative Training Techniques.
